STAHR (Southern Tier Association for Human Resources) is a non-profit organization for individuals in the Human Resources profession.

OUR MEMBERSHIP

Our membership is comprised of people working in, or with an active interest in, Human Resources and spans all types of organizations. Affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce and Tioga County Chamber of Commerce, STAHR serves Broome, Tioga, Delaware, and Chenango Counties in New York, and Susquehanna County in Pennsylvania.

OUR MISSION

The mission of STAHR is to be the premiere human resources group for organizations and professionals in the communities we serve. We will enable best practice exchange and invaluable networking, provide relevant education and leadership development opportunities, and promote the strategic significance of HR for continued success of our field and members.

Individual membership, no SHRM membership: $55 

Corporate membership (up to three members): $120 

Corporate membership additional members: $15 each 

Student membership for active SHRM members: $0.00 

Student membership, no SHRM membership: $10.00
