What is STAHR?
STAHR (Southern Tier Association for Human Resources) is a non-profit organization for individuals in the Human Resources profession.
Membership
Our membership is comprised of people working in, or with an active interest in, Human Resources and spans all types of organizations. Affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, STAHR serves Broome, Tioga, Delaware, and Chenango Counties in New York, and Susquehanna County in Pennsylvania.
Our Mission
The mission of STAHR is be the premiere human resources group in our communities by providing best practice resources, invaluable networking, and leading-edge education. We will assist our members to reach their full potential, develop their careers and promote the strategic significance of HR for the continued success of the organizations we serve.
